To place an order, you must log in or register as a new customer (register as a private customer). You can order the desired products via the shopping basket. After submitting the order, you will receive an overview of the order and the payment information. These items are only reserved for you once you have finalised your order. After placing your order, you can track the delivery status in your customer account and will be informed of any changes to the delivery date.
Your customer account
Your customer account is the hub for all orders. You define the settings for dispatch and payment there and also find all information about your orders, associated warranty services and product reviews you have submitted so far.
